Unscrupulous & profiteering. After investing many £1000's in his property to make it habitable, and paying around £50K in rent, he's now trying to bill us for minor issues and withhold deposit, presumably to carry out the renovations needed to the property. He even tried to evict my family at Christmas for insisting on 24 hours notice for a visit. Ironically, he is a Reverend! Would make a wonderful black comedy.
