Grazyna Kasicka is the worst landlady you will ever come across, be warned she will play the little old polish lady card. She frequently ignores correspondence and lies through her teeth. The neighbours all have their own issues with her. Do not rent for this woman, she couldn't get her own way so made false accusations to the police saying a tenant threatened to kill her in the presence of environmental health, luckily environmental health confirmed that the tenant was never in the same room as her alone. She had a tenant complete works for her in the house as well as buy furnishings for the property but never paid the tenant and now the tenant is in court with this woman for over £2k. She also had a tenants benefits stopped because she fraudulently submitted a claim to have the benefits paid in to her account for arrears that were the landladys fault. Avoid this woman at all costs! She will not allow tenants to have the heating on as the rent includes bills, when the bills are high she pursues tenants to pay the difference.
