Almost impossible to get hold of on the phone. At one point both fences blew down on each side of the garden. Spent days trying to ring her and leave messages as we were worried the neighbours would be angry if we didn’t quickly fix the fences. She never returned our calls so the neighbours replaced the fences.
Doesn’t organise the gas safety check. At one point we’d gone a whole two years without one and when we called the plumber ourselves to sort something, he said it was overdue and that she was terrible for sorting the gas check.
Did a check-out with us and said everything was in very good condition and thanked us (we lived there 4.5 years and only just met her) then charged us £500 for cleaning and painting. She’d explicitly told us not to paint.
