Perhaps among the worst human beings I've met in my life. Raised the rent 20% when their mortgage increased, and complained about how hard her life is and that we have a duty to pay her mortgage. Tried to claim the entire deposit back for bs reasons, had to take it to ADR judge. Refused to fix mould that was giving me an allergic reaction for months. Genuinely a horrible, selfish, greedy person.
