Last minute communication, rarely gives you enough notice. Never received our keys since signing the contract, had to take the agents spear keys. Tires to cover up every problem with paint or off cuts or basically anything that hides the problem and not fix the problem, and even then they're jobs that would be done to a better standard by just about anyone. Had mould, damp and faulty electrics due to leaks in the roof and chimney, of which he gets me to cleans the wall to paints over the damp. But not fix the problem.
