Landlord reviews for Farzana Baz in Birmingham

Out of all the issues we have reported to the landlord only one has been fixed and even that took weeks on end and multiple complaints about the significant leak before any work started. We have reported over 50 problems to our landlord over our tenancy and none of them have been dealt with. We have not even had communication from our landlord to acknowledge these issues. We have dealt with mould issues, broken cupboards, constantly tripping fuses and broken window frames allowing a constant draught into the house, and these are only a few of the significant issues we have reported. One of our lights broke and I asked the landlord to let us know which fuse circuit the light was on so that I could fix it myself because I knew that they would never come round to do it and I had no acknowledgement of this request and have had to live for over 7 months with no bedroom light. The landlord was also fined for a property close to ours failing its fire safety check and so it shows how little this landlord cares about its properties or its tenants. Avoid this landlord at all costs.
