Landlord reviews for Monica Horner in London

A dishonest landlord who had the least consideration for the tenants and her greed is beyond words. I was living in a 6 bedroom house in Arsenal for 5 years with no major issues. She inherited the house and many others from her parents business. We used to have two kitchens and she decided to take one out from us to remake it as a bedroom to increase her profit. She tried to do the same with the living room but for now she has got the licence approved to do so… I’ve got a sudden £225 a month rent raise and she threaten to evict me if I didn’t accept the rent raise after the contract finished. She tried as well to make us pay the council tax which we are not liable as it’s a HMO occupation and force us to pay the water bill despite being included in the contracts. I would stay away from any property owned by this landlord.
