completely uninterested & unresponsive. Tried to deal with them repeatedly throughout tenancy via letting agent (Tomlinsons) with no resolution at all. Didn't return deposit and had to raise dispute via mydeposits. Looks like they hide behind a company name as no individual is listed on the contract. Avoid!
