Maria Kovatzis has a remarkable ability to act on her own interest. These were the words from her own plumber - they have a 15 years work relationship - that I agree. Maria is nice and friendly superficially but is negligent and do not act on her tenant concerns. She owns the entire building at 110 Golborne Rd, where she built 4 flats over the last two decades. Despite being paid a substantial amount of money from her tenants she is not interested on fixing serious structural problems or paying for electrical inspections. These issues are seriously overdue and needs being addressed urgently. Maria has been made aware about these issues a long time ago.
