The best thing about our house is our landlord: he fixes things that need to be fixed as soon as he can. The rent is reasonable, we're treated with respect and trust and left to our own devices as long as no repairs are needed. He checks in with us and tries to do what he should to be a responsible landlord. He's responded to leaks and things himself, passed it on to another pro if necessary and been considerate in fitting the flats with sound proofing and decent white goods.
