no service provided - all requests not met/took many months to respond and even then the job was not completed fully
stressful to deal with
when asked for deposit back and after inspection, she tried to go back on her word of returning everything after successful inspection
did not comply with new law from 1st June 2019 regarding deposit held and T&Cs in the contract - not even completed after pointing it out
illegal fuse box present - extremely dangerous
