Appalling, 3 months to remove a shed, gas fire in front room condemned but not fixed, security system non functional. 1 1/2 hours on exit survey nitpicking on points we had previously raised. Only one front door key…

Verona Cooper was the landlady who would rarely carry out repairs. The gas fire was condemned and she refused to replace it. We only had 1 door key and she would not give us the code to get more cut. Nightmare lady
