The landlord was renovating the shop under our flat and kept coming in to our flat - to run cables through the wall, for instance. Like when doing repairs in our flat, he would also leave the flat dirty after these intrusions. We also discovered that the landlord had arrange it so that we were being charged, not only for the water we used, but also for the water used in the shop as well. He also didn't know important things, like where the water meter was.
