The landlord was professional and employed a handyman who would come and fix maintenance issues quickly and just generally kept the property in good repair.

Attempts to shaft. Charges for professional cleaning on personal discretion but bills tenants regardless. Uncooperative with deposit negotiations. ‘Cleanliness’ demanded is unreasonable, even if your cleaning complies…
