Maintenance team will fix issues. Sometimes will ignore Emails on frequent issues on campus.

I had poor dealings with the suppliers of the accommodation, I moved out of my room and they had some very weird policies about finding another student to replacement which meant I paid more money.

He hasn’t fixed issues we have. Want them fixed faster but not too bad, sometimes gets things done.
