Prompt repairs easy to report, act quickly and do a good job on reports logged. Cant fault

There was good communication and they would send out useful information that you needed

If I need something repaired- the maintenance team are very quick to fix it, within 24 hours of complaint

Home at halls keep in contact we’ll and arrange events. Standby is always open if you seek assistance.

They are good, however I would say that you can be occasionally blamed for damages in other areas of the building which are not your fault

All repairs seem to be done fairly quickly, however they often charge for things that are irrelevant

Anytime repairs have been needed in the flat it’s sorted out promptly. Doesn’t happen often but when it does you can just log it in the app and it’ll usually be sorted next day.

Repairs within 24 hours. Bins emptied regularly and kitchen area cleaned by staff every week

The new management is not as good as the last. Although mostly the staff are excellent
