Landlord was good at fixing issues. The boiler broke down and he had it replaced within 2 days. Same with other minor issues over the tenancy. Landlord lives in London, but it's his only property and he takes a lot of care to make sure everything is fine. There was no damage caused by us and the landlord gave us our full deposit back without any issues.
