Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Nice neighbours, unfortunately Alfreton road isn’t the nicest. Tesco’s across the road is a perk

It’s near Asda which is useful. The area can be a little dodgy at night though. It is also right by a tram stop.

Bus stop at end of hill which is good, the area doesn’t have many shops around though

Very dangerous neighbourhood but the gated community is nice. The area has been known for crime but I haven’t ever experienced anything bad

A lot of break ins and burglary’s, housemates car was smashed into but there is still no security cameras

Burgled a lot, was close to the shops, did not feel safe in area when alone, close to uni.

Area is really secure, well Monitored, really secrured, friendly neighbourhood, nice area

It’s really great and friendly, loads of local business and shops. Everything’s really accessible

It’s quite near the parks which makes it a nicer area than most, the neighbourhood has families etc

Friendly and enjoyable I really like the surrounding area because it’s close to university and in walking distance.
