Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Very quiet neighbourhood, a bit far from town centre but very well kept. Bus service to town service only during the day.

Annoying when football matches are on as there is no parking. Generally peaceful as were my fellow survivors.

The area was very nice and had good transport links. It was quite far away from the city centre but had a good amount of shops nearby and was near the main university campus.

I couldn't fault the neighborhood to be fair - the street was quite quiet, and there was a train station/bus links about 5 mins away.

Not the best neighbourhood but the rent reflected that. Shops (retail parks) nearby were great; you could get literally anything you wanted on foot.

We had no issues with our neighbours. Parking was easy to load/unload. It is a bit unattractive with all the wheelie bins outside.

Neighbourhood was fine. Buses were nearby and restaurants, shops, petrol garages, etc.

No problems with area. Knew it well before hand and have since purchased house within the vicinity

No complaints about the neighbourhood. Close to station, sometimes there's a few odd people around, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Nice neighbors. Willing to help. Road noise because of traffic for Solihull use the road.
