Decently safe and decent shops. Awfully full of garbage and rowdy students however, mostly on Bristol Road and above. Deeper in Selly Oak is quieter. Still has a trash problem though.

Nice, friendly, some drug addicts but not often, amazing urban farm 3 minutes away.

Excellent area with all facilities needed

10/10 student area. Everything you need is in walking distance. Bit smelly with bins often overflowing but it’s amazing.

Packages stolen from front door

Great for commuting and food

Nice area, near train station and shops

Definitely worse areas but also not the nicest
