Double glazing and modern heating means that the flat is always warm and very cheap to heat. Flat is smaller than most, and space is definitely limited but comfortable. Initial state of flat (prehistoric and small fridge, broken sofa, no table or surface to eat on) was initially not good but over the two years all but the table which we bought ourselves were sorted and upgraded with no fuss, meaning that the flat is currently well equipped for a part-furnished flat.
