This house is on a smelly road with rubbish always flying around on the floor. The bathroom does not have an extractor fan and the ceiling is mouldy, the house itself has a damp problem, most of my clothes became mouldy or damp smelling from being there for a year. Mould on the walls in most rooms. Run down kitchen, looks superficially fine but if you look properly you can see it's got many broken things and years of dirt on it. The garden is high maintenance as it is grass with a lot of bushes and trees to maintain. The decking in the garden smells awful when it's rained, like something died and there are noises from underneath it at night. The garage at the bottom of the garden is not secure and is completely rundown.
