The property is a beautiful period property with high ceilings and large bay windows. My flat was the perfect size for me as a student/young professional, a large kitchen-lounge, a decent sized bedroom and bathroom. Furniture was provided by the landlord and was good quality. In the winter the property was quite cold probably due to it being an old building, the flat had electric heating which meant in the coldest months was a bit expensive to heat the flat.
