Shared house - 4 Rooms but the house is realistically for 3 people. Garden was nice but property is quite old and needs more than a coat of paint. The rooms don't have proper window insulation so often you get a breeze through them. It is possible to heat the house within an hour though. Quite small living room. Mould in room 4 in the corner - was told to just open windows more often and not dry clothes in my room. However you are not permitted to dry your clothes in common areas either.
