Property is single glazed with poor fitting windows so is exceptionally cold in term 1. Otherwise is well furnished and lacks any mould. There is also a lack of cupboard and fridge space for the 5 remnants. One fridge freezer. Apart from the high energy bills, overall was not too bad.
