3 bedroom flat with a 'garden' (a tiny pit into which neighbours threw their rubbish).
The flat had no number, it was just 'flat'. Combined with the fact that it was tucked into the side basement of the property and wasn't listed as a residency on the land registry I strongly suspect that there was something fishy going on legally.
(speculation) multiple people commented that in the event of a fire it would be very difficult to escape. There were issues with bins not being collected (and not enough bins for the number of flats). The flat was not an address option on many delivery services. These compound my suspicion that there was something wrong.

5 bedrooms - one large, two medium, two small. Nice flat, two kitchens and a pretty good sized living room. Some damp issues and repairs that went unfixed for a long time. Ongoing building works in garden that caused huge disruption.
