There is a noise issue in these flats, no insulation so any noise from other flats (whether it be hoovering, music or DIY) you will hear it! All the floors creak and you can hear the surrounding flats creaky floors as if it was in your own flat (better hope you are lucky enough to have quiet neighbor's if you live here).

Damp issues due to lack of insulation in the walls, you will need a dehumidifier if you live here. There has also been issues with damp on the spare bedroom which comes from issues with the exterior of the building, this has been 'fixed' now however there is a damp smell that remains.
