The property was dark, noisy, and cold, due to timed switches on all appliances and extensive window renovation work requiring scaffolding that I was not informed would be going up until after I had moved in. Furthermore, each room has a different model of renting; some are semi-permanent contracts (e.g. year-long tenancy) while others are temporary, such as AirBnB. This can lead to a complete rotation of tenants every month, so if you want a place with more "stability" (everyone on similar contracts or living over a similar period of time) I would not advise renting this property. However, it is located incredibly well - very close to the City of London, Shoreditch, Soho, right down the road from the Inns of legislature), and the estate it is on is safe - although the "front" security door for the flat complex this property is a part of tends to be left on latch.
