The property was very outdated when we moved in, it is clear that the landlord has no interest in making the place a nice and suitable home. The rooms are of suitable size for 2 adults however any more than this and it would become unlivable. The bungalow has no storage inside and this becomes very difficult.

The property is highly prone to mould and the landlord will blame this on condensation despite the kitchen, bathroom and windows themselves having no ventilation. Around £1000 of my belongings was damaged due to mould. To avoid this you cannot put any furniture along an entire side of the house. This is a health hazard also and made us both very ill.

You will be asked expected to sleep in the middle of winter with windows open to stop condensation.
