It was a nice enough flat in theory, but not clean when I moved in, previous tenants had left mountains of stuff, lots of it very dirty, the windows were made of largely rotting wood so impossible to clean, mould in the bathroom, years and years old furniture that needed a professional clean, and many of the facilities not working properly (kitchen vinyl floor torn and dirty underneath, washing machine shakes unccontrollably and needed repairs, shower head not firing out water with enough pressure, and the kitchen hot tap makes a screeching noise every time it's used
