When we moved in the house was newly renovated and furnished. Unlike normal student housing which is all white and clinical looking, this house had character. The house is on a corner so every room had windows and were light and airy. The rooms were all a great size and had plenty of storage. In rooms with en-suites, they were all great too with good showers and storage too. Great location and space for parking on the road outside unlike the rest of Selly Oak. Even has a garden! Overall lovely house and plenty of space - both the rooms and the shared space.
