Property was a 3 bed, two storey flat, semi-furnished (white goods provided). property had sat abandoned for ~6 months before landlord, without any maintenance, rented it to us. Holes and superficial damage were easy to spot however the prevalence of black mold and leaky, noisy windows were not. If properly maintained by a landlord that cared, this would easily be a 7 star property.
