Very dated property, would be lovely if the landlord put in the work to maintain it. The house was dirty upon my moving in day. Most of the appliances are quite old and don't work as they should. The boiler should have been replaced years ago as told to us by a repair man, we have encountered numerous problems with this. The electrics are prone to tripping often which in turn affects the kitchen fridges, spoiling any food in them.
Advertised as an 8 bedroom house as a way for the landlord to cram as many people into the house as possible. There are not enough facilities to provide for 8 people, and one ofthe so called "bedrooms" is a room with no windows. Living area consists of a small conservatory, not really adequate for more than 4 people at a time.
