1 bedroom gff. Small garden. Modernish galley kitchen.
Damp exterior walls. Very cold bathroom in extension. Mouse problem.
Unregistered gas meter, asked tenants to give him extra money each month to cover the eventual gas bill.
Lovely neighbours both sides, older, been in their homes decades. Don't like noise.
