The property is at 9 Shelley Way , Bristol. I will start by mentioning that the house is big and modern. There are 5 rooms, kitchen and living room.
I was paying £950 for one room.
At the same time, the house is really badly kept by the rest of the people, dusty, full of dirt and food crumbs everywhere. The floor is sticky and greasy, the bathroom has a lot of mold, and the kitchen always smells of garbage. The day I moved in my room was clean, but the rest of the house was pretty dirty even though I was informed that a cleaner had come recently to clean it.
The boiler and shower would break down quite often and when it was pretty cold in the house I was forced to have cold showers for weeks! The radiators would obviously also not work so during the winter it was freezing in the house for more than a month as no one would come to fix the issue on time!
