The property is a very nice flat along Winchester Road, Southampton. The flat itself gives a good view outside and I can say it is very safe building. The building is well maintained and the neighboring tenants are very kind and helpful as well.

I can say it has enough space for a single or couple tenants. It is very accessible to Unilink bus from the city centre to hospital and vice versa. It is also just 10 minutes walk to Shirley where you can also take Blue Star Bus. The hospital is just 10 minutes walk and there is a gym and a shop just across the street.
