4 bedroomed detached unfurnished house with garden and garage. When we moved in it was filthy although we had been promised multiple times that it would be / had been industrially cleaned before we moved in. There were problems with the locks / keys and a toilet that didn't flush day one. Eventually sewage overflowed into the garden, the neighbours complained and finally someone came to unblock the drain. Then in the winter a large patch of damp appeared in our bedroom leading to a lot of mould in 2 bedrooms. The bathroom basin stopped draining completely and we were unable to fix this ourselves as the blockage was beyond the bathroom.
