5 ensuite rooms with small double beds. Good size and modern due to recent renovations. Wall heater and smart TV in each bedroom (and the kitchen). Small desk in each room with a shelf above. No drawers but there is under bed storage as well as an average wardrobe.

Fire doors on all escape routes. Electric cupboard in downstairs hallway, fuse panels on each floor.

Large kitchen with ample storage, fridge, and freezer space. Small microwave. Kettle and toaster not included. Smart digital fire with bluetooth speaker in the kitchen. Average size washer and dryer in separate laundry room. No broom, iron, or ironing board included, but there is a mop, hoover, and dustpan and brush. No house alarm, but there is a working fire alarm system.

Fridge-freezers are built in, so when one defrosted we couldn’t access the plugs to try to fix the issue - landlord came round and put some stoppers down the drain holes in the fridge and the issue resolved.

Water pressure issues when multiple people use it at the same time - showers just cut out completely or at least have very low pressure.

No major mould issues (a wall in the kitchen had issues but this was resolved, plus normal grime/mould in showers that is easily rectified through regular cleaning).

Holes in the back of kitchen cupboards allowed rats in. Many spiders on the lower floor even when outside doors hadn’t been opened.
