This is a 4 bed terraced house. The room on the ground floor is facing the street and front garden and is pretty small. There is a small-medoum sized room on the first floor as well as a medium-large sized room. There is also a small-medium sized attic room. All rooms except for the ground floor room have sinks in the room. This is useful as there is only 1 bathroom. For the price of £93/week, this seemed like a steal, but on further inspection it isn't. We have had issues with mold in all bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There are also mice in the property's walls and ceilings that we can hear, pest control is currently trying to fix this. The mains also go out once every few months randomly. The property itself is worn out, lots of cracks in the walls, kickboards in the kitchen only secured with tape. Overall not great. Oakmans are often slow in responding to issues also.
