I liked my little flat. It was small and expensive, but for London not too bad. Lovely area too.
I had to take some marks off through due to the unfixed leak and lack of ceiling in the bathroom for 3 years. Also very noisy being next to Hornsey road, and trucks will make the house shake. Problems a few times with cockroaches too.
