It was okay. Only one bathroom which was at the end of kitchen which isn't ideal for 5 people (though obviously we knew that when we signed). Bathroom was pretty mouldy and we did have a slug problem downstairs. The backs of the kitchen cupboards have gaps to the exposed brick and plumbing. Does come with a tv which is nice. Rooms were all pretty good with a good amount of storage. Only one bedroom had mould on walls which was one which you can tell used to be a bathroom. We enjoyed our time there but it is a squeeze with a narrow kitchen, one fridge-freezer and one bathroom between 5, although is a reasonable price.
