This old, dilapidated, mould, and rodent-infested roperty should NOT be legally allowed to be rented out for health reasons. Ridiculously high energy costs to keep up with the damp, draughts, and non-existent insulation.

Severe penetrating damp in every room that ruins brand-new furniture. Signiciant black mould build up in both the living room and bedroom.

Tiny bathroom and minuscule kitchen that you can barely move around in. Carpet that has not been changed in 20+ years.

And last but not least, a rodent infestation that the landlord is aware of and refuses to fix!

Overall, a terrible, terrible property and a terrible living experience. I have trauma from living here.
