A very spacious house for four.
One of the rooms had a carpet moth infestation which we had to get dealt with - the carpet clearly was very old and needed replacing but they just bombed the room to kill the moths instead. Another room had woodworm beetles in the furniture which has been removed since.
Apart from these issues there was minimal mould (although the bathroom definitely needs an extractor fan), the garden is really nice and big, and the living area and kitchen are decent. Overall it’s a nice house, just very old.
