The penthouse flat was so great that we stayed for two years. The balcony really made the place what it was! Having an incredible view over the city and all the extra outdoor space was amazing. It was tough to say goodbye!
Inside, the bedrooms were all equal sizes and light, although the flat was VERY warm in summer (often uncomfortably warm), but we saved a fortune on heating bills in the winter!
The bathrooms were good, but the landlords definitely need to invest in the bathrooms properly rather than just fixing little problems as they came up quite often. Six flights of stairs is a climb, but at least it saved me a gym membership for a couple of years! The kitchen and living space are perfect for six people, and easy to keep clean if you put a little effort in. Loved the flat so much, excited for the next people who get to call it home. The other thing is that the vast majority of tenants in the whole building are students. We threw MANY parties over 2 years, made lots of friends and had noise problems only once.
It really is amazing value for money, surprised they don't hike the price up more for the balcony.
