Quite a little place, but cozy and having traditional Victorian high ceilings and large sash windows helped it to never feel that small. It was nice having the kitchen slightly separate to the living area which was something I really wanted. Built in wardrobes in the bedroom. Nice gas fireplace in the lounge (not that you needed it.) Flat was very warm in the winter and being on the first floor with another flat above it, it kept the heat well and in-fact, I don't think we put the heating on more than a handful of times the whole 18months we lived there.
