Disgusting. Mould in every room, paper peeling. Hadn't been cleaned when my son and his friends moved in in the middle of a pandemic. Fire escape alleyway blocked with her rubbish. Just disgusting

The property has a great location, however we had no heating or hot water for the first 6 months, the shower was only made usable after 3 months and had a leak which has ment whenever someone has a shower there's a leak through the living room ceiling. we've had to many issue with the house I honestly couldn't cover them all from appliances breaking to mould covered bedrooms. The people Namoi sends round we're now almost certain are not trained professionals as the problems are rarely fixed.
