Great location, but in a state of disrepair. Literally has holes in the doors and windows through to the outside, making the house freezing cold. Nice bedrooms. Pipes freeze in winter causing backlog of raw sewage to build up in the downstairs toilet, house fusing is dodgy, whole houses electricity cuts off if using the dryer along with kitchen appliances, no efforts to be fixed. Garden is just a patch of dirt with nothing in it, also falling apart. Very expensive for what you get. Chairs worn down and eventually broken (which the landlord charged us a high amount for despite them being from a different era).
