I lived in a sharehouse with three other lovely tenants. The property was furnished to a very high standard (in fact, it was refurbished just before I moved in). I could also choose what furniture I wanted/needed in my room!

Reasonable price for a garden flat for 2 of us. During our tenancy our bathroom has been refurbished to a nice looking one.

It was cold, bare, repairs were never carried out. The place was inhabited by personality disordered, druggy thieves. The smell of weed reeked the house out and there were people using the outside as a toilet. Owner would become petulant whenever complaints about the property were made.
