The property had big rooms, but was very cold and uninviting. It was also extremely difficult and expensive to heat, with some rooms never getting warm. the kitchen was far too small for the number of tenants and there was no dining table provided. The bathrooms were not up to standard and the showers kept breaking, the agency were always slow to send someone out to repair. The beds were small when the rooms were big enough to have doubles. Back garden was used as a car park and we constantly had strangers coming in and out which made the house feel extremely insecure.

Lovely spacious house but extremely difficult and expensive to heat due to size and poor insulation
