4 bed on Commonside. Spacious kitchen, rooms all decent sizes bar one but rent was reduced for the tenant in that room.
Only downside was the very small bathroom to accommodate 4 people. Shower was never quite hot or powerful enough but landlord did come out numerous times to have a look at it.
